Daili

Terms of Service

Draft as of September 20, 2026

This is an early, good-faith first draft written in-house by the Daili team — it has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and is not final. We are publishing it now, before Daili Intelligence OÜ is fully registered, because we would rather be upfront about our intended terms than leave nothing here at all. Expect this document to change, possibly materially, once legal review is complete.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Daili, an AI-assisted daily planning application covering Today, Tasks, Goals, Routines, Plan My Day, Diary, and Memory (the “Service”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Daili is built and operated by the individual(s) currently establishing Daili Intelligence OÜ, a private limited company (osaühing) to be registered under the laws of the Republic of Estonia (“Daili Intelligence,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Estonian e-Residency for this purpose has been approved; company registration itself is still in progress as of the date below. Once registration is complete, Daili Intelligence OÜ will be the contracting party for this document, and this section will be updated to reflect the company's registry details.

2. What Daili is

Daili helps you capture tasks, goals, and routines, plan your day, and reflect through Diary, using an AI assistant to propose plans, suggestions, and summaries. Daili proposes and explains — you decide, confirm, and can always undo. Daili does not act on your behalf without your confirmation, except where a feature explicitly says otherwise at the point you use it.

Daili is under active development. Features described in our marketing pages or product communications may change, be delayed, or be removed before or after you start using them.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create a Daili account. If the law in your country sets a higher minimum age for consenting to online services without a parent or guardian, that higher age applies instead. Daili is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone below the applicable minimum age.

4. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating an account, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You may sign in using an email address and password, or through a supported third-party sign-in provider (such as Google). If you use a third-party sign-in, you also remain subject to that provider's own terms.

5. Acceptable use

Use Daili lawfully and don't use it to store or generate content that is illegal, infringing, or intended to harass, defraud, or harm others. Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, probe it for vulnerabilities without our permission, or use it to build a competing product by extracting its underlying prompts, models, or source code. Don't use automated means to create accounts or scrape other users' content.

6. AI features and their limits

Daili's assistant features (including Ask Daili, Plan My Day, Quick Add, and Diary's turn-into-task) are powered by a third-party large language model. AI-generated plans, suggestions, and summaries can be incomplete, out of date, or simply wrong — review anything Daili proposes before relying on it, especially for anything with real-world consequences (health, money, legal, or safety-related decisions). See our AI-Interaction Disclosure for more detail on how these features work.

7. Content you provide

You keep ownership of the tasks, goals, routines, diary entries, notes, and other content you create in Daili (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and transmit Your Content solely as needed to operate and improve the Service for you — for example, sending relevant parts of it to our AI provider to generate a response you asked for. We do not sell Your Content or use it to serve you advertising.

8. Subscriptions and payment

Daili does not currently charge for access. If and when we introduce paid plans, we will update these Terms with pricing, billing, and cancellation terms before any charge takes effect, and nothing will be charged to you without clear notice and your affirmative action at that time.

9. Intellectual property

The Daili name, logo, and the Service's software, design, and underlying technology belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding beyond what's needed to use the Service normally.

10. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party infrastructure and processors — currently including Supabase (database, authentication, and hosting) and Anthropic (the AI model behind Daili's assistant features), with application hosting on Vercel. Your use of features that rely on a third-party sign-in provider (such as Google) is also subject to that provider's own terms.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose, and we don't guarantee the accuracy of anything the AI assistant generates. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Daili Intelligence will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or for decisions you make based on AI-generated content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Termination

You can stop using Daili and delete your account at any time from Account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, or that we reasonably believe pose a security or legal risk to the Service or other users, and we'll aim to tell you why when we can.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Daili and its legal footing evolve — most notably once Daili Intelligence OÜ is formally registered and once these Terms have been reviewed by a lawyer. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do, and for material changes we'll make a reasonable effort to let you know inside the app.

15. Governing law

Once Daili Intelligence OÜ is registered, these Terms will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and this section will be finalized as part of the legal review mentioned above.
